Situations arise where you may create units of study through your own experiences, personal research, travel studies, attended workshops or seminars, and/or other educational situations to formulate educational projects for your classrooms or for in-service presentations or community projects related to your profession. It’s called “Individualized Study,” and now you can receive from one to four semester units of professional development credit in several disciplines for those endeavors.
