The Words We Speak

Description

Only about 20% of person-to-person communication is in the words we speak. The rest is in subliminal cues like body language and voice inflections. Interpersonal communication can be described as the process of sending and receiving information between two or more people – using all the techniques. Using the Internet helps your students understand concepts, principles, and skills of interpersonal communication.
