Why Good Coaches Quit

Description

Increasingly today, good coaches are leaving the profession for other fields. This course examines the reasons why good coaches quit and offers some solutions for the situations that are causing it. Coaching can be an emotional field in which to work. The course also offers advice on managing oneself in difficult situations and is valuable to both an experienced and a new coach.

Course Type

This is a non-classroom, self-directed, independent study courses, which may include DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes or other materials and assignments to be returned by mail. Some traditional courses are all home study, others require visits to various locations in the area being studied, and some offer a choice of both. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for a Traditional Course, depending on the course you choose.
