Have you ever peered into a dog’s eyes and wondered what is going on inside the mind of Bowser or Fifi? This course will help you out. It examines animal emotions and why they behave as they do, right down to why they like to drink out of the toilet. The final project allows you to look more personally into the mind and heart of your own pet or the pet of another.

Course Type

This is a non-classroom, self-directed, independent study courses, which may include DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes or other materials and assignments to be returned by mail. Some traditional courses are all home study, others require visits to various locations in the area being studied, and some offer a choice of both. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for a Traditional Course, depending on the course you choose.
