Description

Today’s new teacher is faced with countless problems, fears and feelings of inadequacy. This course is designed to help anticipate the problems, allay the fears, and provide a little boost for when things seem somewhat dark. There are good practical hints for the beginner and a look at problem situations other teachers have faced and overcome.

Course Type

This is a non-classroom, self-directed, independent study courses, which may include DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes or other materials and assignments to be returned by mail. Some traditional courses are all home study, others require visits to various locations in the area being studied, and some offer a choice of both. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for a Traditional Course, depending on the course you choose.
