Description

A Virtual Fieldtrip is a visit to a website of a place of interest, rather than a visit to an actual place. It is a preplanned visit to a specific Internet destination to accomplish specific educational objectives. It is about learning, expecting your students to gain experiences and bringing back facts and information. A virtual trip could even be a visit to a location beyond your own physical space, such as inside a cell, to another star, or through time. You don’t need an entire computer lab: it can be done using one computer and an LCD projector.

Course Type

These are courses delivered via email. During the course you will correspond, interact and submit assignments to your instructor via email. All Email Courses earn three credits.
