Description

With all the advertising targeted at young people, it’s clear why they have such a difficult time making good nutrition decisions. The Internet is a cornucopia of nutritional information – much of it for young people. In addition, this course will provide an opportunity to communicate with people around the world to exchange ideas, ask questions and debate issues about youth nutrition and education.

These courses help you learn to use various internet research tools step-by-step from the basics so you become a proficient Internet researcher on any topic, and to explore and discover huge library of information educationally useful information that is available on the Internet on topics you can apply to your role as teacher, counselor, or administrator. All courses in this series are three semester hours and available as online or e-Courses.
