New York Skyline

Description

You’ve seen it in the movies, television and often on book and magazine covers, but to experience the New York skyline in person is an incredible experience. The three credit portion of this course takes you to some of the most famous buildings of New York to learn first hand about the architects and architecture that make up the phenomenon. The one credit portion is all home study, and can be taken by itself or along with the three credit portion for an even richer learning experience.

Course Type

This is a non-classroom, self-directed, independent study courses, which may include DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes or other materials and assignments to be returned by mail. Some traditional courses are all home study, others require visits to various locations in the area being studied, and some offer a choice of both. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for a Traditional Course, depending on the course you choose.
