Description

Teaching is stressful. So, how does the earnest teacher survive? This course describes the different types of stress, how they affect you, and approaches to alleviating them, with particular attention to the types of stress unique to teachers. Also included is an excellent text to conduct a self-examination and to develop solutions for your own unique stressful situations.

Course Type

This is a non-classroom, self-directed, independent study courses, which may include DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes or other materials and assignments to be returned by mail. Some traditional courses are all home study, others require visits to various locations in the area being studied, and some offer a choice of both. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for a Traditional Course, depending on the course you choose.
