Especially For The Counselor

Description

This course is designed to address some of the everyday problems counselors encounter. ADHD, hard-to-handle parents, different learning styles and abilities. Participants will also be asked to either design what would be a good, practical counseling program for a new school, or examine and modify their present program and suggest improvements.

Course Type

This is a non-classroom, self-directed, independent study courses, which may include DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes or other materials and assignments to be returned by mail. Some traditional courses are all home study, others require visits to various locations in the area being studied, and some offer a choice of both. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for a Traditional Course, depending on the course you choose.
