Changing History

Description

We tend to think of history as a static entity, unchanging over time. But a careful examination shows it does change...often to a completely different viewpoint. This course attempts to show how these changes have occurred, why they changed and what the current views are. One text tries to demonstrate how attempts are currently being made to change history and what is being done to secure public approval and/or acceptance of the change.

Course Type

This is a non-classroom, self-directed, independent study courses, which may include DVDs, CDs, audio/video tapes or other materials and assignments to be returned by mail. Some traditional courses are all home study, others require visits to various locations in the area being studied, and some offer a choice of both. You may earn between one and four semester hours of credit for a Traditional Course, depending on the course you choose.
