Basketball: Teaching Proper Shooting Mechanics I
Description
This is a companion course to ESPE 720. This course is designed for the improvement, implementation, and analysis of shooting the basketball. It is designed for people who teach physical education along with those who coach the game of basketball. This course will provide the student with an in-depth knowledge of shooting the basketball. You will learn proper skills and mechanics of the basketball shot; develop a system for teaching the skills; implement the system; along with correct movement analysis for the benefit of the students.
