Basketball: Developing Your Defense: Man to Man Defense

Description

This course is designed for developing a defensive structure related to man to man defense (half court). You will learn to develop a program philosophy, to design and develop defensive philosophy, defensive drills, defensive language, situational defensive strategies, and develop a defensive program spread sheet.

These are courses delivered via email. During the course you will correspond, interact and submit assignments to your instructor via email. All Email Courses earn three credits.
