An All Home Study course means exactly that. There will be no classroom time involved. You will be able to do all your required study in your own home and on your own time. Most ACT Courses are all home study except when onsite visits are required. When you enroll in an All Home Study course, you will receive all materials to complete a course. These materials could be in the form of books, audio and/or video tapes, CDs, DVDs, as well as all assignments associated with those materials. It will all be delivered to you in most cases via UPS. All of the materials are yours to keep for personal use, use in the classroom, or you may donate them to your school or local library. Other home study-type courses would be courses done on the Internet or via email. No materials are included with those courses as anything required to complete assignments would be found within the email or on the Internet. Cost of any materials and shipping are included in your tuition. Your only additional costs will be postage to return your coursework assignments, any onsite visit fees and costs (should a particular course call for it,) and transcripts.
